家庭血压监测联合个体化透析方案在透析高血压患者的临床应用

Abstract
Objective:To study the model of home blood pressure monitoring in combination with individualized dialysis in maintenance hemodialysis patients with high blood pressure treatment clinical observation,provide the basis for clinical treatment of these patients.Method:From June 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital diagnosed with end-stage renal disease with high blood pressure,dialysis age 3 months or more and can continue in our hospital in stable condition of maintaining the dialysis treatment at least 1 year in patients with 60 cases as the research objects.Before using the scheme comparison and analysis of 60 patients of HBP and dialysis process of the change of blood pressure,blood pressure and according to the above situation of patients for individualized treatment,to observe the changes of blood pressure after treatment patients.Result:Through home blood pressure monitoring and individualized dialysis mode after treatment,patients before and after the intervention of home blood pressure changes and bedtime dosing difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In full understanding and mastering of the patient's blood pressure change situation,the adjustable sodium combined ultrafiltration mode or combined treatment of dialysis patients with high blood pressure,higher dialysate temperature effect,suitable for promotion and reference in grassroots hospital.关键词
