CT与MRI对中枢神经系统感染的诊断价值比较
The Comparison on Diagnostic Values of CT and MRI in the Diagnosis of Central Nervous System Infection

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of electronic computed tomography(CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection (CNSI).Method:From February 2014 to February 2016,148 cases of CNSI in our hospital were selected as the observation group and another 148 cases of healthy physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group.Two groups were followed by CT and MRI examination,CT and MRI abnormal rate of detection,detection abnormal rates of CT and MRI in all types of CNSI patients of two groups were recorded and compared.Result:The detection abnormal rates of CT and MRI in the observation group were respectively 53.38% and 90.54%,significantly higher than 4.73% and 14.19% of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The cryptococcal meningitis,viral encephalitis,cysticercosis,tuberculosis meningitis and purulent meningitis of observation group MRI abnormal rate were significantly higher than that in CT abnormal rate,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical applications of CT and MRI in patients with CNSI can both achieve a certain diagnostic effect,but the value of MRI diagnosis is more obvious,has a high clinical reference value.关键词
