摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of continuous health education to the discharged puerperal women by wechat follow up.Method:Totally 700 puerperal from March 2014 to July 2014 were divided into experimental group and control group,each group were 350 cases.The puerperal in the control group received the telephone follow up 3 times and in the experimental group received 24 h wechat communication,respectively,and all puerpera in the two groups received discharge instructions.The rate for knowing the health knowledge and infants health were compared between the two groups.Result:On day 42 after delivery,the rate for knowing the health knowledge and infants health in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The wechat communiction is helpful to extended health education ,to improve the health of parturients and infants,and the nursing quality of the hospital simultaneously.关键词
