健康管理对乳腺癌患者术后康复影响的研究
Research of Health Management on the Effects of Postoperative Rehabilitation in Patients with Breast Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing health management affect rehabilitation in patients with breast cancer radical surgery.Method:The 40 cases of breast cancer radical surgery in our hospital in 2013 were selected as control group,which cared with the conventional postoperative nurse.40 cases of breast cancer radical surgery in our hospital in 2014 were selected as manage group,which cared with health care management intervention on the basis of conventional postoperative nursing methods.Result:The patients’ medication correctly of the manage group was higher than the control group,operation side of the upper extremity edema,limited shoulder joint movement were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The patients’ physiological and social status,family status,physical condition, etc. quality of life scores in the manage group were significantly better than that in the control group,there had significant differences(P<0.01).Negative sentiment score of the management group were lower than the control group,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Health care management intervention can effectively reduce the postoperative complications,ease patients’ negative mood,and improve the quality of life.关键词
