针刺穴位治疗变应性鼻炎对患者血清IL-2及IFN-γ的影响
Influence of Acupuncture Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis on Serum IL-2 and IFN-γ
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore changes of nasal Th1 cytokine IL-2 and IFN-γ after acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis.Method:A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into three groups,namely acupuncture,steroid nasal spray,saline nasal spray treatment,IL-2 and IFN-γ content of patients before and after treatment were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Result:The in IL-2 and IFN-γ content of the acupuncture group and the steroid nasal spray group after therapy were increased significantly than before treatment(P<0.01).IL-2 and IFN-γ content of the saline nasal spray group before and after treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the acupuncture group and the steroid nasal spray group with IL-2 and IFN-γ content after treatment(P>0.05).IL-2 and IFN-γconcent of the acupuncture group and the steroid nasal spray group therapy compared with and the saline nasal spray group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis and nasal spray to achieve the same effect as a hormone,but it can reduce the side effects of hormone-induced nasal spray,is worth promoting.关键词
