惠州市基层警务人员心血管疾病及危险因素研究
Research on Cardiovascular Disease and Risk Factors for Huizhou Grassroots Police Officers
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the cardiovascular disease and risk factors for Huizhou grassroots police officers.Method:The 300 cases of Huizhou grassroots police officers in our hospital for check-up were selected. Retrospective study was conducted to the clinical data of all the subjects. Single factor analysis was done to clinical factors may cause cardiovascular disease, and multiple logistic retrospective analysis was done to results in single factor analysis with statistical difference.The risk factors of cardiovascular disease were observed.Result:In the 300 cases of objects,there were 51 cases of cardiovascular disease, with the incidence of 17.00%.Single factor analysis showed that the patient’s gender,age,history of diabetes,hyperlipidemia,high uric acid hematic disease history,smoking history were risk factors lead to cardiovascular disease(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic retrospective analysis showed that,objects older than 45 years old,with history of diabetes,hyperlipidemia, high uric acid hematic disease,smoking were all risk factors that lead to cardiovascular disease for Huizhou grassroots police officers(P<0.05).Conclusion:At present,the incidence of cardiovascular disease of Huizhou grassroots police officers are high, which is closely related to the age,disease history (diabetes,high cholesterol, and high uric acid hematic disease) of the patients.Therefore,for objects with the above risk factors,they should timely receive treatment intervention to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.关键词
