复方樟柳碱注射液治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of Compound Anisodine Injection treatment of retinal vein occlusion.Method:The 50 patients with retinal vein occlusion were randomly divided into study group and control group equally with 25 cases.On the basis of conventional treatment,2 weeks after onset,Compound Anisodine Injection was used for treatment in the study group,1 month after onset,Compound Anisodine Injection was used for treatment in the control group.Therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,and the relapse rate before and after treatment,blood rheology indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was significant higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and fiber protein raw of the study group were significantly decreased,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Anisodine Injection can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with retinal vein occlusion,reduce the relapse rate,and the earlier the treatment the better treatment.关键词
