Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the inhibitory effects of paclitaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in advanced breast cancer cell proliferation .METHODS:80 patients with advanced breast cancer admitted into Guangdong Military General Hospital from May 2013 to Dec.2015 were selected to be divided into mid-term group (41 cases)and advanced group (39 cases)according to the clinical stage .Two groups were given paclitaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy .The toxicity of chemotherapy on cells , changes of level of human breast cancer cells were observed ,the clinical efficacy and long-term effects were compared between two groups . RESULTS:After treatment,the level of human breast cancer cells in mid-term group was (35.93 ±9.04)/5 ml,lower than that of advanced group (121.73 ±33.47)/5 ml,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The total remission rate ,three-year survival rate , five-year survival rate of mid-term group were higher than those of advanced group ,with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The distant metastasis rate of of mid-term group was than that of advanced group ,with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:The inhibitory effects of paclitaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in advanced breast cancer cell proliferation is remarkable .The long-term survival rate can be increased and the distant metastasis can be reduced by early treatment in patients with breast cancer .关键词
