Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy and safety of aspirin combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate in treatment of cerebral infarction .METHODS:106 patients with cerebral infarction admitted from Jan .to Aug.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 53 cases in each.Two group of patients were given conventional treatment .The control group additionally received aspirin based on the conventional treatment , and the observation group were additionally treated with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate based on the control group .The degree of neurological deficits , efficacy and safety were compared between two groups before and after treatment .RESULTS: After treatment , compared with before treatment , the scores of neurological deficits had been significantly improved , and the data in observation group was lower than that in control group , with statistically significant difference (P>0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 94.34%(50/53), and control group was 83.02%(44/53), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse drug reactions in two groups .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of aspirin combined with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate in treatment of cerebral infarction is significant , which can improve patients'neurological function with high safety .It is worthy of clinical application and promotion .关键词
