Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of ligustrazine hydrochloride injections in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure .METHODS:122 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure admitted into Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Oct .2011 to Mar.2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 62 cases in observation group and 60 cases in control group.The control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment, while the observation group additionally received ligustrazine hydrochloride injections based on the control group , the treatment effects were compared between two groups .RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 93.5%(58/62), higher than that of control group [85.0%(51/60)], with significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .The level of mPAP , LVEF after treatment in observation group was better than that in control group , with significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in two groups after treatment . CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of ligustrazine hydrochloride injections in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure is significant , which can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the heart and lung function .关键词
