Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of pemetrexed combined with oxaliplatin in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer .METHODS: 100 patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted into 242 Hospital of Shenyang from Oct .2013 to Jan.2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 50 cases in each .The control group were treated with oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil , while the observation group received pemetrexed combined with oxaliplatin .The clinical treatment effects of two groups were observed and compared .RESULTS:After treatment , the remission rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group , the tumor endocrine indicators and unhealthy emotions of observation group was significantly better than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .After follow-up of one year , the survival rate of observation group was 10%( 5/50 ) , and control group was 2% ( 1/50 ) , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) .CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of pemetrexed combined with oxaliplatin in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer is remarkable , which is worthy of clinical application and promotion .关键词
