Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation between ultrasonic signs and molecular biological expression in breast cancer ,in order to improve the diagnostic level of breast cancer and provide reliable imaging information for the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. Methods:Randomly selected 50 cases of pathologically confirmed breast cancer patients and 50 cases healthy person. Breast high frequency ultrasonography was performed in all patients,focusing on observation of tumor morphology,edge, rear echo,microcalcification,internal flow and axillary lymph nodes,all subjects using immunohistochemical assay for the detec-tion of Er,PR,CerbB-2 expression,and analyzed the relationship with their ultrasound imaging findings. Results:①The detection rate of microcalcification in ultrasound was the highest ,and the second was the edge of the burr shape. The detection rate of the tumor of irregular shape was higher when the tumor was greater than 2 cm. ②The positive rate of ER and PR of the as-pect ratio over 1 was 77.8% and 61.1% in the breast cancer group,which was higher than the aspect ratio lower than 1 (P<0.05). ③The positive rate of ER and PR in the burrs group were 65.5% and 55.2%,which was higher (P<0.05) than that in the group with no burr. ④The positive rates of ER and PR in echo halo patients were 73.3% and 60%,with the higher positive rates than those of the non echo halo patients (P<0.05). ⑤The positive rate of PR in the non echo area was 22.2%, which was lower than that in the non echo area (P<0.05). ⑥The positive rate of CerbB-2 in the patients with small calcifica-tion was 83.3%,which was higher than that of the patients without small calcification (P<0.05). Conclusions:There is a certain co rrelation between the breast cancer ultrasonographic features and the expression of molecular biology marker. The biological characteristics of tumor influence the ultrasound performance of breast cancer. Ultrasonography can provide basis of imaging for evaluation of the prognosis of the breast cancer and clinical treatment of choice.关键词
