理阴煎临证心得体会
Clinical Experience of UsingLiyinjian Decoction in Clinical Syndromes
摘要
Abstract
Liyinjian Decoction is a famous formula from Zhang Jingyue’sJing Yue Quan Shu. Its main efficacies are warming stomach-spleen to dispel cold and enriching yin and nourishing blood. The author summarized that the patients with corresponding syndromes of Liyinjian Decoction are caused by yin deficiency constitution, and then attacked by pathogenic wind-cold, which makes them fail to resist exogenous pathogenic factors. The patients are too weak to dispel the pathogenic factors, so wind-cold cannot go through heat-transmission or going out, but only retains in the fleshy exterior. In clinic when doctors only need to pay attention to the three indications: cold, white tongue coating, floating or deep and strong pulse, and list male infertility, dysmenorrhea, chronic urticaria and fever with no reason for illustration.关键词
