胶粉在抗静电胶板中的应用
A Primary Study on Waste Rubber Powder’s Application in Antistatic Rubber Plate
摘要
Abstract
WRP (Waste rubber powder)/NBR (nitrile rubber) composites were prepared by mechanical compounding. The effects of WRP’s level on processability and mechanical properties of composites were studied. The results show that scorch time and cure time were shortened with the increase of the amount of WRP, and Mooney viscosity is reduced gradually. At the same time, the tensile strength of the vulcanizate, the elongation at break decreased gradually, modulus at 300% increased gradually, tear strength increased first and then decreased.关键词
