耳蜗死区与言语分辨率相关性研究
Correlation study between the cochlea dead regions and the words recognition score
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution of presbycusis with cochlear dead regions, and analysis the speech audiometric in patients with speech discrimination ability. Methods 62 cases (93 ears) were detected by Threshold Equalizing Noise detection and speech detection. Results 62 cases (93 ears) patients, no cochlea dead regions group (NDR) 47 ears, there are 46 ears with cochlea dead regions, including the existence of one or two frequency cochlea dead regions group (SDR) 27 ears, three or more than three frequency of c cochlea dead regions group (LDR) 19 ears;NDR group, SDR group and the LDR group each test frequency average pure tone audiometry were 65.74 ± 11.07dB, 64.70 ± 7.03db with an, 75.57 ± 15.04dB. The average Words Recognition Score (WRS) of NDR group, SDR group and LDR group were 91.98 +3.42%, 2.79% + 62.21, 88.93 + 10.39%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant between the three groups. Conclusions The presence of multiple cochlea dead regions group of pure tone audiometry is no cochlea dead re-gions group increased and the sets of words the resolution was significantly lower than that in the group without cochlea dead regions, suggesting that cochlea dead regions is the effect of speech discrimination ability is one of the important fac-tors.关键词
