地西泮治疗伴有焦虑症状的突发性耳聋疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of diazepam for sudden hearing loss with anxiety. Methods Fifty six pa-tients with sudden hearing loss with anxiety were divided into two groups. The Control Group (28 cases) was given conven-tional therapy (corticosteroids, microcirculation regulating agents, neurotrophic agents, et al). The Study Group was further divided into two sub-groups based on the severity of sleep disorders, and received diazepam at either 5 mg (Study Group 1) or 10 mg (Study Group 2) daily at bedtime in addition to the conventional therapy. After 20 days of treatment, the patients received hearing and HAMA evaluations. Results After 20 days of treatment, hearing levels and HAMA scores among the three groups showed significant differences (P<0.05). There was a significant improvement in before and after treatment hearing levels and HAMA scores for the two study sub-groups (P<0.05), but not for the Control Group (P=0.159). Conclu-sions Oral diazepam as a complementary therapy in sudden hearing loss with anxiety is an effective therapy for negative emotions and hearing recovery.关键词
