氢气选择性抗氧化作用在内耳急性损伤防治中的作用
Selective Antioxidant Effect and Protective Role of Hydrogen against Acute Inner Ear Injury
摘要
Abstract
Excessive Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) in noise-induced or drug-induced hearing loss causes inner ear serious damage. Recent studies have shown that hydrogen, which acts as a safe and effective antioxidant by reaching the re-active area quickly and reacting with strong oxidizing ROS, can alleviate oxidative stress effectively. Selective antioxidant effect by hydrogen may be related to reducing oxidative stress, decreasing cell apoptosis and regulating cell signaling path-ways. Studying antioxidant effects by hydrogen provides a new approach to the treatment of inner ear acute injury. The pres-ent review summarizes possible mechanisms of hydrogen in preventing inner ear from acute injury.关键词
