Abstract
Objective To discuss the concrete measures for medical security work of post-disaster resettlement mountain landslide, so as to provide references for post-diaster medical security work. Methods Based on experience of medical security work of post-disaster resettlement in Shenzhen landslide on 20 December 2015 and its data, the formulation of emergency plan and implementation of medical security work were retrospectively cleared up and summarized. Results (1) Medical security work was carried out in 11 post-disaster resettlement for 21 days, a total of 66 medical staff were deployed per day, 1188 rounds were arranged for medical staff, 1269 affected people were placed, 775 affected people accepted mental health education and psychological counseling, and 83 affected people were transferred to the superior hospitals for diagnosis and treatment. (2) There is no infectious disease case reported, no aggregation epidemic situation outbreak, no public health emergency reported in the medical security area. (3) The medical security area operated smoothly, emergency security worked well. The total number of 954 people were diagnosed and treated, the top five diseases included upper respiratory tract infection, anxiety disorder and hypertension (disease), gastroenteritis and dermatitis. Conclusions Post-disaster resettlement should have its scientific and reasonable emergency plan and operation mechanism. Standardization of the emergency plan can improve the efficiency of medical security.关键词
