摘要
Abstract
So far coronary artery angiography is the gold standard for diagnosis of coronary artery disease. However, a major drawback of this technique is that it can not accurately quantify evaluation of load conditions of coronary artery thrombosis. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a new biomedical imaging technique; it can undertake quantitative analysis on coronary artery thrombosis through recognition of the pigment of red blood cells trapped in the thrombus. The author will briefly summarize research results and clinical application of optical coherence tomography for recognition of the thrombus in coronary artery.关键词
