Abstract
Through reviewing 31 cases with pathological diagnosis of Wilms tumor (WT) in children visited to one tertiary hospital of armed police forces from October 1, 2009 to October 31, 2015 for analyzing the curative effect of comprehensive treatment and prognosis, we concluded that WT is one of the most common malignant solid tumors in infants and toddler, and with the best effect after applying the comprehensive treatment. Late onset age, adverse tissue typing and late staging and no preoperative chemotherapy result in poor prognosis.关键词
