知识产权战略背景下高校发明专利权人特征分析--以江苏大学为例
Analysis on the patentee-related characteristics under the background of intellectual property strategy- Taking Jiangsu University for example

Abstract
Based on the document of patents granted by Jiangsu University in 2012—2014,the characteristics anal-ysis of patentees were conducted,including the distribution of college,field and gender,the structure of both age and title.Research results show that age of inventors or designers is between 30 and 55 in Jiangsu University, which nearly accounts for 94%,with males dominating,accounting for 78 percent and the rest are females.The first inventor or designer of the authorized invention patents are almost professors or associate professors,respective-ly accounting for 51 percent and 40 percent.Most inventors or designers come from School of Mechancial Engineer-ing,School of Material Science &Engineering,School of Chemistry &Chemical Engineering in Jiangsu University, accounting for 28 percent,13 percent and 10 percent respectively.In this regard,on the one hand,Jiangsu Uni-versity should create the academic atmosphere with the free innovation spirit,promote the trans-school competition and cooperation,and focus on all-round development of different disciplines.On the other hand,Jiangsu University should encourage teachers (particularly young teachers and female teachers)to participate in academic exchanging activities,conduct inventive patent applications,and give a full play to “mentoring”role.Finally,Jiangsu Univer-sity should develop incentives policies so as to enhance the enthusiasm of researchers.关键词
