Abstract
Wechat Lucky Money is the third party payment platform developed with the help of internet technology. The essence of Wechat Lucky Money belongs to donation activity essentially,which is a kind of behavior of dealing with assets based on the meaning of donation.Wechat operating companies are defined as a technological platform offering services of technical interfaces.The contracts of the agency appointment and the contracts of safekeeping between users and Ten Pay,the financial service contracts between Ten Pay and the banks,even the relationship of payment between users and banks is all members of regulatory categories of property law and contract law.Accord-ing to the general principles of original items and interests,precipitation funds and interests from it should belong to Wechat users.关键词
