Abstract
“People's Republic of China Anti-Domestic Violence Law”(hereinafter referred to as “Domestic Vio-lence Law”)in our country gives positive provisions for prevention,discovery and after-violence disposal to protect the interests of the children,but the legislation lacks the children's perspective,not establishing the chapter of children's family violence protection.The relevant provisions of children's family violence are involved in the rele-vant provisions of adult family violence and do not fully reflect the special protection principle for the interests of the children.To better protect the rights of children,this thesis proposes the addition of relevant chapters from the enti-ty perspective,including children family violence types,establishment of perfect mandatory reporting system,es-tablishment of specialized children's shelter,establishment of national guardianship system,and clearing the protec-tion of the privacy right to the abused children.This thesis also puts forward proposals to improve the construction of the family court from the perspective of procedures,the procuratorial organs filed public interest litigation,the establishment of civil evidence rules of special recommendations.关键词
