聚丙烯酸凝胶球的制备及其粒径影响因素

Abstract
Polyacrylic acid gel spheres were prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization using hydrophilic acrylic acid as monomer, Span-80 as dispersant, N, N-mehtylenebisacyrlamide as crosslinker , ammonium persulfate as initiator , and kerosene as solvent .The influence of water/oil ratio, dosage of dispersants and stirring speed on the particle size and size distribution were investigated using optical microscope .The size and distribution of PAAC gel sphere were also analyzed statistically .The results indicated that the average particle size of the gel sphere was in the range of 100-600 μm.The particle size and size distribution had little change with the change of oil /water ratios.However, Span-80 dosage and stirring speed had great influence on the stability of the gel solution .关键词
