Weight Distribution of a Class of Cyclic Codes with Two Niho Exponents
摘要
Abstract
In this paper , a class of cyclic codes with two Niho exponents was investigated .Taking the exponential sum as a tool, the five possible nonzero weights of these cyclic codes were obtained .Further, by computing the power sums of the exponential sums , the weight distributions of the cyclic codes were determined .Compared with the known research results , a new method for computing the power sums was proposed , which provides a more efficient way to compute the weight distributions of the cyclic codes constructed here .关键词
