Abstract
Objective:To study the feasibility and clinical effect of the application of the upper cervical ligation in the treatment of laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer.Method:Analysis of 2011 to 2015 in our hospital used laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and laparoscopic pelvic lymphadenectomy in the treatment of early cervical cancer in 40 cases,in the operation,22 cases were treated by laparoscopy in the upper and lower part of the vagina,set as the ligation group,18 cases without this method,which was set as control group,the operation time,blood loss and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared between the groups.Result:Two groups of blood loss during operation,average operation time,average number of lymph node resection,vaginal resection length,paracervical resection length,postoperative catheter time,postoperative anal exhaust time comparison,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The ligation group had no recurrence,4 cases of control group relapsed,recurrence were compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy in early cervical cancer radical operation follow tumor free principle application of vaginal upper set bar method is feasible,and can effectively prevent intraoperative tumor cell shedding wound induced by planting,reduce operation caused by the tumor cells iatrogenic spread,not only guarantees the safe operation,but also to ensure the surgical treatment for patients with completely,can effectively improve the prognosis of the patients.关键词
