摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with acute exacerbation of cholecystitis.Method:68 cases of acute cholecystitis in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group,the control group was treated with open cholecystectomy,the observation group was treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with acute exacerbation of cholecystitis,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
