摘要
Abstract
Objective:To assess the successful rate and complications of automatic renal biopsy.Method:Both the surgeon and the guide were ultrasound doctors,ultrasound guided automatic biopsy device,oblique angle into the 102 cases of kidney disease for renal biopsy.Result:Puncture success in 101 cases, the success rate of 99.0%.Low back pain occurred in 9 cases,and the incidence was 8.8%,gross hematuria or hematuria increased in 10 cases,the incidence was 9.8%,there were 13 cases of renal hematoma,and the incidence was 12.7%.Conclusion:The method has the advantages of accurate guidance,fine needle aspiration,few puncture needles,high material success rate and few complications,especially for the choice of the needle point of difficulty,the back is narrow, and the body of the obese or overweight patients with unparalleled superiority.关键词
