Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of ultrasonic diagnosis in healthy examination for thyroid diseases.Method:One thousand five hundred and sixty-six healthy subjects admitted to our hospital for physical examination from January 2014 to February 2016 were retrospective analyzed,the diagnostic significance of thyroid disease was evaluated by analyzing the results of their ultrasound diagnosis.Result:The overall incidence of various types of thyroid disease in male examinees was 24.45%,while the incidence of female examinees was 23.92%,the difference had no statistically significant(P>0.05).The occurrence of thyroid nodules,thyroid cancer,thyroid diffuse lesions,hyperthyroidism and thyroid tumors in 19 to 35 years old examinees were lower than the 36 to 70 years old examinees,the incidence of 19 to 35 years old subjects was 17.33%,which of the 36 to 70 years examinees was 31.41%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic diagnosis of thyroid disease on the physical examinees is found to have a significant clinical significance to the diagnosis and treatment for the disease,it is worthy of popularizing.关键词
