Abstract
Objective:To analyze the distribution characteristics of and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) isolated from various departments in our hospital,and to provide the basis to rationally choose the antibiotics for clinical treatment.Method:The S.aureus isolated from various specimens in our hospital from 2012 to 2014 were selected as the objects,and the species identification and drug susceptibility test were performed,the basic informations of nosocomial infections were retrospective analyzed as well.Result:Totally of 336 strains of S.aureus were isolated in the three years,mainly from the sputum(36.6%) and pus(16.9%),and mainly distributed in the department of respiratory medicine and ICU.The drug susceptibility test showed that all the S.aureus strains were sensitive to Vancomycin but had a high resistance rate(>99%) for many antibiotics such as Penicillin、Ampicillin、Erythromycin and Ciprofloxacin. Conclusion:Medical staffs should enhance the resistance detection of S.aureus because of the severity resistance phenomenon,and reasonable choose the antibiotics based on the drug susceptibility test to postponement the resistance phenomenon.关键词
