Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension.Method:80 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs,while the observation group was treated with nursing intervention on the basis of conventional antihypertensive drugs,the nursing effect of those two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:Through 6 months of treatment, the basic knowledge,non drug treatment,diet knowledge,knowledge of hazard awareness of the observation group were all better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover after nursing intervention,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with hypertension are effective nursing intervention can significantly reduce the level of blood pressure,make their blood pressure under control,at the same time,the basic knowledge,non drug therapy,diet knowledge,harm awareness and diagnostic knowledge on knowledge of the master,a very good role in treatment of hypertension,so the nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension has a good clinical effect,worthy of promotion.关键词
