摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Barthel index individual follow-up on the discharged patients with indwelling T-tube.Method:180 cases of indwelling T tube after operation with liver and gallbladder surgery in our hospital from May 2013 to July 2015 were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,90 cases in each group.The control group was discharged from hospital after routine follow-up care,the observation group was based on the Barthel index of different patients with individualized follow-up nursing methods,the incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Result:Discharge follow-up period,the skin irritation,biliary tract infection,blockage of the pipeline,pipeline to remove or prolapse occurred incidence of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the Barthel index of the patient’s own situation,using individual follow-up nursing method,help to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with indwelling T-tube,it is worth clinical reference.关键词
