摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the family-centered care application effect in children with chronic gastritis.Method:One hundred children with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases of each group.The control group received usual care,while the observation group were given the family-centered model intervention nursing based on the control group.The hospitalization time, improvement of the life quality and care satisfaction of the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed.Result:The length of stay and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The care satisfaction of the observation group’s family was 94.0%,significantly higher than 72.0% of the control group,the difference was statistic significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process of children with chronic gastritis,adopting the family-centered model of care can effectively promote the recovery of children,remission the physical pain,improve their quality of life,and increase parent’s nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
