Abstract
Objective:To discuss the CT application of 2012 revision classification and definition in acute pancreatitis.Method:The clinical data of 80 cases with acute pancreatitis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,according to the 2012 revision of acute pancreatitis classification and definition standards.Result:Classification of acute pancreatitis were 57 cases of interstitial edema acute pancreatitis and 23 cases of necrotizing acute pancreatitis. Severity classification of acute pancreatitis were 57 cases of mild acute pancreatitis,18 cases of moderately severe acute pancreatitis and 5 cases of severe acute pancreatitis.Inflammatory involved of the peri-pancreatic space,the lesser omental bursa,the anterior anterior pararena in 59 cases,involved of abdominal cavity and mesentery in 21 cases.In the complications and inflammatory responses,there were acute peri-pancreatic fluid accumulation 23 cases,pseudocyst 3 cases, necrotic accumulation 5 cases,encapsulated necrosis 2 cases hepatic damage 15 cases,swelled and thickened wall of the duodenum and colon 5 cases,ascites 11 cases,pelvic effusion 5 cases,pleural effusion 18 cases,double lower lobe pneumonia 7 cases,pericardial effusion 2 cases,interstitial pulmonary edema and bubble pulmonary edema 1 case respectively.Conclusion:The CT enhanced examination has important value in the classification, the severity classification, the range of the disease, the complications and the evaluation of the systemic inflammatory response of acute pancreatitis.关键词
