摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation of between connective tissue growth factor(CTGF),transforming growth factor(TGF-β1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEG) with the three Child-Pugh classification and its variation in patients with cirrhosis.Method:In our hospital,188 patients with cirrhosis were randomly selected as the observation group, which cirrhosis Child-Pugh classification was A-class as group A(n=64 patients),liver cirrhosis patients with Child-Pugh Class B classification was as group B(n=64 patients) and cirrhosis Child-Pugh class C classification was for group C(n=60 patients), 100 healthy control people in the same period were selected as the control group, serum CTGF,TGF-β1 and VEGF in each group checked by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and hyaluronic acid(HA),Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C),laminin (LN),Ⅲ procollagen (PCⅢ),the results were compared.Result:Serum CTGF,TGF-β1 and VEGF levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),with the Child-Pugh classification incrementally, serum CTGF,TGF-β1 and VEGF levels showed a progressive increased(P<0.05),serum CTGF,TGF-β1,VEGF serum levels and hyaluronic acid(HA),Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C),laminin (LN),Ⅲ procollagen (PCⅢ) were positively correlation(P<0.01).Conclusion:Serum CTGF,TGF-β1 and VEGF levels in patients with cirrhosis are higher than the healthy control group, and with the course of development of cirrhosis, serum CTGF, TGF-β1 and VEGF increased gradually, and they are positively correlated with liver fibrosis markers,CTGF,TGF-β1 and VEGF have high clinical value to evaluate the severity of liver cirrhosis and prognosis.关键词
