摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of the treatment of proximal humeral fractures by applying minimally invasive percutaneous osteosynthesis(MIPO) combined with locking compression plate(LCP).Method:From October 2013 to October 2015,a retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 36 cases with proximal humeral fractures treated by MIPO combined with LCP.Result:46 cases were followed up for 3 to 24 months after operation. All the incisions were healed by first intention. The average length of operation time was 65 min(from 60 min to 90 min),the average volume of bleeding in operation was 95 ml(from 60 ml to 150 ml),the length of hospital stay was 7 days(from 5 d to 10 d).According to Neer’s standard, the results were excellent in 29 cases, good in 15 cases, and fair in 2 cases, the excellent and good rate was 95.7%.There was no complications of fixation loosening, and migration, breakage of LCP,slippage recurrence, infection, even humeral head necrosis. Conclusion:Using MIPO combined with LCP in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures provides good reduction, strong fixation, less tissue injury, less bleeding, quick healing and less complication, which is an ideal method of the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.关键词
