摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Method:From February 2013 to February 2015,82 cases with ankylosing spondylitis in our hospital were selected,the clinical data of patients were analyzed retrospectively,the effect before and after treatment in patients with hip joint function improvement,pain,improve the situation were observed.Result:Before treatment,moderate pain,severe pain rate of the patients were 59.76%,10.98%,after treatment,moderate pain,severe pain rate of the patients were 30.49%,0,respectively,there were significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment the Harris hip score was better than before treatment,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ankylosing spondylitis patients after artificial total hip replacement therapy,can achieve ideal curative effect,is helpful to reduce the pain of patients with symptoms, improve the function of the hip,worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
