摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of left colon resection and stage Ⅰ suture in the treatment of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction.Method:From January 2009 to December 2014,44 cases in our hospital for treatment of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction were selected,the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with colon subtotal resection for treatment,the treatment group was treated with left colon resection and stage Ⅰ suture for treatment,the treatment effect was observed and compared in two groups of patients. Result:The indicators in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,such as operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of stay,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).The living quality after operation in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Left colon resection and stage Ⅰ suture in the treatment of complicated with intestinal obstruction have a good effect,can be widely used in clinical practice.关键词
