桥本甲状腺炎手术治疗分析

Abstract
Objective:To study the essentiality of surgical management of Hashimoto thyroiditis.Method:From October 2012 to December 2013,the clinical data of 124 patients who underwent surgical operation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,including complication,the postoperative symptoms or complications and the final pathological diagnosis.Result:After surgical operation,the symptoms of HT patients were relieved.Among the 116 nodular HT patients,39 cases were diagnosed as papillary thyroid cancer,one patient was proved to be medullary carcinoma.There was no recurrent laryngeal nerve damage but one patient showed to be permanent hypoparathyroidism.Conclusion:Nodular HT has high rate of papillary thyroid cancer,surgical management is beneficial to diagnosis or treatment in suspicious malignancy HT patients,and can relieve symptoms in symptomatic HT patients.关键词
