摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the advantages of ultrasonography in diagnosis of early breast cancer by comparison with mammography. Method:The ultrasonography and mammography imaging data of 89 cases of surgical confirmed T1 stage breast cancer were reviewed.Result:Using BI-RADS Classification, ultrasonography had more objective description of the lesions than mammography,with significantly higher diagnosis sensitivity(P<0.001).Conclusion:Ultrasonography has obvious advantages in diagnosis of early breast cancer than mammography.关键词
