Abstract
Objective:To analyze the risk factors of chronic complications in type 2 diabetes patients,and to put forward the suggestions for prevention and treatment.Method:From January 2014 to February 2015,67 cases of type 2 diabetic patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects,the forward-looking analysis method was used,the medical records were collected.Patients with chronic complications were included in the case group,patients without chronic complications were enrolled in the control group.The risk factors related to chronic complications in patients with type 2 diabetes were analyzed. Result:The normal rates of blood pressure,HDL and hs-CRP of the two groups had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the case group,the proportion of patients from country was higher than that of the control group,the proportion of achieving professional intervention was lower than that of the control group, the duration of diabetes was longer than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple factors analysis showed that rural areas,obtain special intervention,duration of diabetes,hypertension,high density lipoprotein (HDL),hs-CRP became independent influence factors(P<0.05). Conclusion:We shall pay attention to professional intervention,provide convenient service for the patients with inconvenience,pay attention to the long course patients,control high blood pressure and the low HDL disease,prevent inflammatory disease.关键词
