Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of jaundice hepatitis.Method:56 patients with jaundice hepatitis in our hospital from March 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random double blind method,56 cases were divided into experimental group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with basic treatment,while the experimental group was treated with retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine at the same time.The improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups were observed,the levels of ALT and TBIL and the hospital stays were compared between the two groups.Result:The level of ALT in the experimental group was (35.2±6.8)U/L,and the TBIL level was (33.1±6.4)mmol/L,which were higher than (52.6±7.3)U/L,(51.8±8.7)mmol/L of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.43%,higher than 85.71%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of stay of the experimental group was (6.2±1.3)d,shorter than (8.3±1.9)d of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jaundice hepatitis patients with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema method has good effect,it is good for patients’fast recovery of liver function and can shorten the length of hospital time.关键词
