Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Clarithromycin combined with Tinidazole for treatment of infantile gastritis.Method:From June 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital 60 cases of infantile gastritis patients under the treatment were selected,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group in accordance with the admission numbers,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the observation group received the treatment of Clarithromycin combined with Tinidazole on the basis of conventional therapy.Therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The cure rate after the treatment and the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Clarithromycin combined with Tinidazole for treatment of infantile gastritis can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori,and it is worth to be applied in clinical.关键词
