摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact on blood glucose variability of Glargine and Metformin combination therapy in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Method:The first diagnosis patients with type 2 diabetes of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was given Metformin,the observation group was treated with Insulin on the basis of the control group.The 24 h mean glucose fluctuations(GM), the glucose fluctuations variability(GV),and glucose stable standard time were contrastively analyzed.Result:2 weeks after treatment,the 24 h GM and GV of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the glucose control time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The Glargine and Metformin combination therapy in the treatment of first diagnosis patients with type 2 diabetes can more quickly and effectively control the blood glucose and glucose fluctuation,which has good security.关键词
