摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the X-ray manifestations of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head in sickle cell disease.Method:The X-ray manifestation of 15 cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head in sickle cell disease was retrospectively analyzed.Result:9 cases were bilateral necrosis at the same time.3 hips were FicatⅡperiod,the X-ray performed that the femoral head or femur neck cystic changed with sclerosis edge.7 hips wereⅢperiod,the X-ray performed that the femoral head bone density was uneven,there were crescent or capsule form bright areas under the joint surface,the surrounding bone sclerosis could be seen with femoral head collapse deformation.14 hips wereⅣperiod,the X-ray performed that besides the performance ofⅢperiod,they were with secondary hip narrow gap and degeneration.Conclusion:The X-ray manifestation of sickle cell disease combined ischemic necrosis of femoral head is lack of characteristic,but the disease is often found in teenagers,and it is often with bilateral femoral head necrosis at the same time.关键词
