踝关节创伤性病变的MRI检查
Traumatic Lesions of Ankle MRI Examination
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the ankle traumatic lesions characteristic MRI examination.Method:From May 2013 to May 2015 in the author’s hospital for treatment of 78 cases with traumatic lesions of the ankle joint were selected,the patients were checked with ankle X-ray and MRI scans,the two methods of lateral collateral ligament,cartilage of the talus were compared.Result:The diagnostic sensitivity of X-ray on the front line from the ligament injury was 52.6%(41/78).X-ray for the overall sensitivity of the talus cartilage damage was only 17.6%(12/68).MRI of the former from the ligament injury had a very high diagnostic sensitivity(91.0%,71/78).The overall sensitivity of MRI talus cartilage damage was only 67.7%(46/68).Conclusion:The ankle traumatic lesions can be a very good response by MRI and pathological features,has a certain value in the diagnosis of traumatic lesions,but also has a diagnostic insufficient.关键词
