产后压力性尿失禁女性患者膀胱移动度超声变化特点及其诊断价值
Ultrasound Characteristics and Diagnostic Value of Bladder Mobility in Female Patients with Postpartum Stress Urinary Incontinence

Abstract
Objective:To explore the ultrasound characteristics and clinical value of the change of bladder mobility in female patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Method:122 cases of patients diagnosed as postpartum stress urinary incontinence by pelvic ultrasonography and received the pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects and retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the mild group(56 cases),the moderate group(47 cases) and the severe group(19 cases) according to the states of their illness,the bladder neck mobility(BND) was observed and compared before and after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Result:After 5 times and 10 times of treatment,the BND of all patients were significantly decreased than before the treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The bladder neck mobility of the mild group,moderate group and severe group were significant different,the lighter condition,the less BND,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The perineal ultrasound bladder mobile monitoring can reflect the degree of stress urinary incontinence after the production,providing an effective reference for early detection and treatment,it has certain diagnostic value and is worthy of widely application in clinical medicine.关键词
