Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of catheter maintenance of specialist nurses in outpatient clinic.Method:The patients with catheter maintenance in outpatient before and after PICC professional nurse responsible for outpatient catheter maintenance were divided into control group and observation group.The situation of satisfaction and the incidence situation of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence rate of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction evaluation,technical evaluation,evaluation of health education,direct identification evaluation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PICC specialist nurse can provide personal and professional catheter maintenance for the outpatients, improve the quality of nursing and patients’satisfaction,ensure the safety and continuity of catheter maintenance after discharge.关键词
