Abstract
Objective:To study the application efficacy and safety of nursing cooperation of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in patients with general anesthesia undergoing gynecological surgery.Method:Seventy-eight gynecologic patients undergoing hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy surgery in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group received high quality care.The control group received surgery routine nursing.The post-anesthesia awaking time,efficient recovery rate and satisfaction of surgery nursing were recorded and compared between the two groups.Result:The post-anesthesia awaking time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The efficient recovery rate and the satisfaction of surgery nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective surgical nursing plays a positive role for the improvement of therapeutic effect,which is suitable for popularization and application.关键词
