Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of cold perfusion solution on the temperature of hysteroscopic surgery patients and discuss nursing measures. Method:Hysteroscopic surgery patients were applied with cold perfusion solution and targeted nursing care.The change of body temperature and vaginal hemorrhage of patients in the preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative 30 min and 60 min were observed and recorded.Result:The body temperature of patients in the intraoperative and postoperative 30 min and 60 min were respectively (36.36±0.25)℃,(36.43±0.34)℃and (36.54±0.30)℃,which were lower than preoperative body temperature (36.96±0.31)℃,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Vaginal hemorrhage in postoperative 30 min and 60 min were respectively (8.43±0.85)ml,(2.64±0.73)ml,which were lower than intraoperative (42.67±2.54)ml,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,patients didn’t feel cold,with chills and cold limbs for 20.00%.Conclusion:Cold perfusate solution in hysteroscopic surgery patients has good hemostatic effect,which will cause a drop in body temperature of patients,but giving patients effective nursing measures such as temperature regulation and heat preservation can avoid the occurrence of low temperature and other bad situation.关键词
